We decided to work in two specific areas,the
first one is the cmp area and the second one is the etching
area.
In the CMP area we supply with chemical products and
conditioning pads.In particular we supply with slurries for
advanced technology and post cmp cleaning.In the etching area we
supply with polymer removal residues chemistry and critical
consumable parts.
The leading factor which detrmine our
activity is that we work on specific materials and parts which
influences the customer process.
